Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources gets new Chief Director
Professor Patrick Agbesinyale has been appointed as the new Acting Chief Director of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources.
He replaces Prof. Banoeng-Yakubo who retired in August, 2017.
Prof. Agbesinyale according to a statement issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry, is an Educationist and Development Consultant with vast experience in Mining and Natural Resource Management.
Until his appointment as Acting Chief Director, Prof. Agbesinyale was an Associate Professor and the Director of the Institute for Development Studies, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
He holds a PhD in Development Planning and Management from the University of Dortmund, Germany, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Regional Development and Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
He also holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences (Geography with Political Science and Sociology) from the University of Ghana and has over Twenty Five years experience in the Public Service.
